Assessment grades (quizzes, tests, and formal reports) are 70% and assignment grades (labs and homework packets) are 30% of the overall grade. Textbook work is optional, as are videos, and extra problems. A quiz is given after every chapter which counts for half of a test. A test is given after two chapters and it is made of free response.
